Dear Viktor Fedorovych! Mister Yushchenko in order to capture the electorate at the elections pledged Ukraine an individual way of development. He promised that Ukraine would not join any military blocks that might draw into Ukraine Japanese technologies and so on. And what did he do out of it...?
