Viktor Yanukovych met with the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea

The Party of Regions Leader Viktor Yanukovych held a meeting with Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Moon Hee Sang.
Welcoming to Ukraine the delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, Viktor Yanukovych pointed out that the Party of Regions attached great importance to developing and intensifying collaboration with the Republic of Korea.
We are pleased with the fact that recently the dialog has been stirring up, the trade between our countries has been increasing, – the Party of Regions Leader mentioned. He underlined the importance of the role of both countries' parliaments in enhancing bilateral relations. The deputy group on inter-parliamentary connections with the Republic of Korea was formed in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to establish structural cooperation with the Korean colleagues. People's Deputy of Ukraine, the Party of Regions faction member Sergiy Larin became the head of the deputy group.
Ukraine and the Republic of Korea have significant potential for growth, and we are willing to make every effort to carry it out, – Moon Hee Sang noted. He invited the Party of Regions Leader to visit Korea.
Along with bilateral relations, Viktor Yanukovych and Moon Hee Sang discussed the issue of settling the frozen conflicts, in particular, the possibilities of UNO's broader involvement into the process. | |
