Viktor Yanukovych met with Vasile Tarlev

The Party of Regions Leader Viktor Yanukovych met with head of the Centrist Union of Moldova, former prime minister of Moldova Vasile Tarlev.
The sides discussed the prospects of enhancing bilateral relations between Ukraine and Moldova, in particular, trade and economic cooperation.
During the conversation, they expressed their satisfaction with the increase in foreign trade turnover, which in January – August raised almost by 28%.
It was underlined at the meeting that under conditions of the crisis and exacerbation of the social and economic situation a policy of rallying the society is a key prerequisite for efficient development. The efforts of the pragmatic and responsible social and political forces of Ukraine and Moldova are directed precisely at these objectives. | |
