 Viktor Yanukovych: The issues which cannot be solved by a constitutional majority in Parliament should be addressed at a referendum

The Party of Regions Leader Viktor Yanukovych suggests holding an all-Ukrainian referendum on the issues without support in parliament.
"The issues which cannot be solved, for example, by a constitutional majority in Parliament should be addressed at an all-Ukrainian referendum", Viktor Yanukovych said at today's meeting with the party activists of Lugansk region.
Talking to the Party of Regions members, V. Yanukovych marked that he had arrived in Lugansk to "feel the people's mood ".
"Today we are faced with another political choice – either there will be another pre-term elections or we will be able to form a coalition in parliament", he said. | |
