The President's decree on dismissal of Verkhovna Rada of the sixth convocation is a strike of a bell ringing for the current authorities.

It dispelled the last illusions of a part of the Ukrainian society, which did not want to believe in treason and deception until the end. However, eventually the truth revealed itself to the people. It proved to be bitter.

The promises to guarantee the citizens equality before the law, economic progress, social growth remained mere words. They transformed into blooming corruption, swift worsening of a situation in all aspects of life, chaos in the public administration system.

Populism triggered an unrestrained rise in prices and the highest inflation rate in Europe. Drawing Ukraine into NATO against the will of the most population and preconceived estimation of the events in the Southern Caucasus entailed further rift within the society.

The authorities put the country at the edge of bankruptcy. There is no point in finding out who among the orange is more guilty. All their team is to blame. They are guilty all together.



Their horseshoe which should have brought the people luck got unbent.

A clenched fist as a warning to criminals proved to be an ordinary hooligan's fist.

A flaming heart – selfish and unforeseeable.

The Party of Regions has made every attempt to protect the country against a catastrophe. We have won the parliamentary elections twice over last two years, but we were not let to work.

Now people can easily compare where is real work and where are only promises and cheap populism. There are results of our performance when we ruled the government.

The people remember: in 2006 we led the country out of a crisis inherited from the orange. The citizens can compare the social economic situation of that time and today. They can compare prices, wages and general position of the society. Under us the situation was stable and aimed at development, rather than at destruction.

Less than during one year of the two orange governments' ruling the state lost the high dynamics of the economic growth twice. During the present short-term ruling of the operating government the citizens were also deceived twice. At first dollar was crumbled, then the people were advised to hold their savings in the national currency, thereafter hryvnia was crumbled. Millions of ordinary Ukrainians suffered. Their savings earned through hard work were depreciated.

Country people suffered the most because the already existent challenges were accompanied with the harvest problems. Our government did a lot so that the villagers sowed in due time, made a good reserve for this autumn's harvest, so that it would be for the benefit of those who rear it. And what has happened – speculators and doubtful dealers under the wing of the current authorities robbed grain growers, robbed the state. And hundreds of thousands of people's efforts brought scanty profits.

Having driven the country to ruins, the present authorities pushed the society towards another pre-term parliamentary elections once again.

The Party of Regions opposed it. We disagree with such policy and do not share such approaches.

We suggested negotiating. But not on positions, but on how to improve people's life, how to enhance the economy. However, the orange were interested exceptionally in seats. They need so many authority seats that a whole furniture factory will not be enough.

It is well known that the 2007 pre-term elections were initiated by BYUT and backed by the President. We warned then – those elections will not result in anything good. And another creation of the orange coalition will simply repeat the 2005 realities – intrigues, clashes, gambles and populism will be there again. And all this will have, we warned, bad impact on the country and people. Time confirmed correctness of our estimations and prognoses. Today we have been pushed again in the whirlpool of pre-term elections.

I am convinced that the people will assess it properly. And now I appeal to the people – show these politicians how you treat what they do. Do it decisively so that every politician got a clear idea forever – he is to be responsible for everything he does before the people.

I am sure that at the present pre-term elections the Ukrainians will make their choice, and this choice will be correct. As a responsible political force we declare that we will rally the society not around the party colours, but around a program for improvement of people's life.

I repeat – the Party of Regions does not bother who is more guilty in the collapse of the orange coalition. This question is not to us: they assumed obligations before the people, let them now report to them.

We care about how to improve people's life, build a powerful state and consolidate the society. And precisely with a concern about it, already today, before the test of new elections, we look ahead in the future and think how to unite the society around the ideas of raising the level of economy, improving the citizens' life, establishing the situation of stability and peace in the country, carrying out such an effective foreign policy which would arise respect of the world to Ukraine.

We are confident in our forces. We are ready to undertake renewal of the country again. Without any ultimatums to the potential partners. Without empty promises to accomplish the unrealizable.

There will be no idle talk.

There will be order and stability.

There will be work for the benefit of the state and Ukrainian people.
