Viktor Yanukovych: Ukraine cannot look respectable in the world and carry out its foreign policy with such internal situation

A current crisis in the country is caused by the past pre-term elections, when there were no grounds for dismissal of parliament because it worked, there was a stable coalition and a functioning government. It was said today upon completion of a divine service in Svyato-Pokrovsk monastery by the Party of Regions Leader Viktor Yanukovych.
Viktor Yanukovych noted that today's crisis is already a consequence. According to the Party of Regions Leader, after pre-term elections held in 2007, the Party of Regions members forecasted at once that the orange coalition would never have stability as it is naturally unable to cooperate. And when the authorities do not act jointly in the national interest, when there is no mutual understanding within Rada, then economic and political crises evolve.
"Nowadays, let alone all our internal problems, which are in abundance, production has recently begun to decrease. When has it happened in the last years? It has not occurred. I for one do not remember that in industrial regions production fell more than by 10%, and overall in Ukraine – by nearly 5%. And it is in the industries which drive the whole Ukrainian economy! What are we to expect further from these authorities? Definitely, it will plunge Ukraine deeply into a deadlock. There will be no order in the country.
