Olexiy Plotnikov: The constitutional reform should be completed

People's Deputy, the Party of Regions parliamentary faction member Olexiy Plotnikov told UNIAN agency that the decisions made at the XI congress of the Party of Regions will settle a problem of the party's controllability involving more than a million members by now.
According to the People's Deputy, "the party became more controllable and leaner. It has a clear-cut, comprehensible structure. Everything is standardized. The party's structure comes within the faction. A sound decision".
Olexiy Plotnikov pointed out that there was no fight in the party. "Yes, pointed sincere expressions were heard at the congress. But the matter did not concern any struggle within the Party. These were opinions, points of view from the local levels on the past stages and mistakes", the politician said.
The People's Deputy thinks that one of the first questions to be submitted for discussion in Parliament after May holidays, will be forming of parliamentary constitutional commission. However, he noted that the final decision will be adopted by the conciliatory advice. O.Plotnikov believes that termination of the constitutional reform is a prerequisite of stabilizing the state of affairs in the society. | |
